A bottle of Sullivans Cove Pilot Cask Single Malt Tasmanian Whisky.
A part of the ‘Pilot Casks’ program from Sullivans Cove, distilled during the Highland Holdings era of Sullivans Cove, these expressions of experimental whiskies were only available at the cellar door and released in small quantities at their cellar door. This release was matured in a combination of American Oak ex-Bourbon cask, then finished in a French oak ex-Apera cask. This whisky is just shy of being 20 years old.
