The Three Capes 10-Year-Old is a rare unpeated single malt Tasmanian whisky released by William McHenry & Sons Distillery.
While waiting for their own early spirit to mature, William McHenry acquired mature single malt stock ex-Bourbon cask (distilled and matured by Patrick Maguire at Sullivans Cove). After ten years of maturation, he cut and reduced the spirit using pure spring water from his own property near Port Arthur and sold it at the cellar door.
