This is the last release of Redland Distillery’s (now Old Kempton) paddock to bottle single malts. Matured in a 100lt Pinot Noir cask. This whisky started with Redlands estate grown, malted, brewed and distilled whisky made by head distiller, Dean Jackson. Receiving a 96.5 out of 100 from Jim Murray.
