Overeem distillery’s Bourbon cask matured 60% ABV expression is new to the core range and was aged in a 100 litre American oak ex-Bourbon cask. It is light and delicate and possesses notes of citrus, sweet vanilla and stone fruits, with the extra alcohol offering more palate weight, length and depth of flavour.
Possessing the Overeem fingerprint of quality and elegance, all Overeem single malt whiskies off layers of subtle, yet complex and delicate flavours awaiting the appreciative palate.

Tasting Notes:
Nose - Frosty fruits, sherbet, yellow flowers, pineapple weis bar, coconut macaroon and a hint of honeycomb
Palate - Mouth coating oiliness, great balance of malt, pineapple, fresh summer fruits, citrus, sweet, refreshing and clean
Finish - Long and gentle with a pleasant zestiness, light spice, vanilla pudding and citrus rind to balance
