Heartwood is Tasmania's most awarded independent bottler, specialising in once-off cask strength single cask releases from Tasmania's best distilleries for the past couple of decades. The Toddler features spirit from Lark Distillery and was expertly aged by Tim Duckett as part of a series that includes The Adult (also listed in this auction). This peated, Sherry cask whisky of Lark origin was so tasty while so young that it was bottled at 4 years of age.
It was distilled in April 2012 and bottled in June 2016. Only 175 bottles were ever released.
