This is the 10th release that yielded 130 bottles matured in Apera and Tawny casks. Distilled in November 2016 and released in April 2021
Initially matured at Young Henrys for over four years in a 100L French oak heavy char Apera cask before being transferred to Byron Bay for bottling. Each bottle is numbered and signed with handwritten details on the back label. Bottle necks are hand dipped in black wax and presented in a branded ‘hessian’ style bottle bag.
