A rare piece of Australian Distilling history right here. This was the American oak, ex-Bourbon version of the second generation of Sullivans Cove single malt whisky, distilled at the original Gasworks site by the second group of owners (1999-2003) and released by Patrick Maguire in the early days of the Cambridge distillery. Probably a 5 to 6 years old single cask, distilled by Bill Lark.
