This whisky was aged in a single 300-litre French Oak Tawny cask, filled on October 24, 2000. It was decanted on March 19, 2013, producing only 516 bottles.

Arguably Australia’s number one and most famous whisky distillery, Sullivans Cove was originally founded in 1994 as the Tasmania Distillery just outside of Hobart. It shot to world-wide fame in 2014 when its French Oak Tawny Cask HH0525 was crowned 'Best Single Malt Whisky in the World' by the World Whisky Awards.
