This Australian exclusive bottling is a decadent whisky matured in a first-fill American oak ex-Bourbon cask

This whisky was matured in an American oak ex-Bourbon cask. This enormous malt that opens gradually; whiffs of wine-soaked pears and chocolate box over drier scents of fresh sawn oak and iced tea. Then a big burst of dense cocoa followed by a superb tropical flavours across the mid palate. Leading to a finish that is bittersweet and achingly intense, with orange spice cake, tropical fruits and peppery oak lingering long after the first sip.
