Presented at 46% abv, this wonderfully soft and oily spirit offers a silky mouthfeel and a finish that keeps giving.

Presented at 46% abv, this wonderfully soft and oily spirit offers a silky mouthfeel and a finish that keeps giving.

Perfect for the Australian summer ahead, this single cask, single malt whisky offers both layers of complexity to be analyzed and critiqued, yet also a simplicity that is easily enjoyed. Fully matured in an American Oak ex-Bourbon cask, it was released on November 1st 2021.

Tasting Notes:

Nose Sweet and vibrant with fresh pineapple, banana, coconut and dried mango

Palate Rich oily malt, vanilla sponge cake, fresh summer fruits, citrus and butter biscuits

Finish Butter, malt, coconut, vanilla, and citrus
