Overeem cask OHD-056 is exceptional. Perfectly balanced, with tropical fruits, soft oak and rich oily malt, Casey Overeem and the Overeem tasting panel unanimously chose this cask to be bottled at cask strength due to the astounding quality and elegance of spirit – a testament to its craftmanship.

With only 156 bottles available, this may well be one of the most celebrated whiskies ever to be released from Overeem. It was released on the 1st of November 2021

Tasting Notes:

Nose - Tropical fruits, banana lollies, sweet vanilla, and citrus

Palate - Wonderfully balanced, sweet malt, butter pudding, banana cake and sherbet

Finish - Long, malty, soft oak and sweet vanilla

Possessing the Overeem fingerprint of quality and elegance, all Overeem single malt whiskies off layers of subtle, yet complex and delicate flavours awaiting the appreciative palate.
