Old Stables, named for the 1842 stables these beautiful barrels are aged in, was produced as an informal introduction to Tasmanian Single Malt Whisky. The whiskies, married together to produce Old Stables, were distilled and matured at Dysart House, Kempton.

Non-chill-filtered with no added colouring, the whisky is made using Tasmanian barley that’s double distilled through copper pot stills making for a tasty malty treat.
