This unique and beautifully presented rum was produced entirely by hand in copper pot stills and aged in whisky barrels at Lark Distillery — the home of the original Tasmanian Single Malt Whisky.

This unique and beautifully presented rum was produced entirely by hand in copper pot stills and aged in whisky barrels at Lark Distillery — the home of the original Tasmanian Single Malt Whisky.
Its unique flavour is the result of years of dedication to the art of distillation, in the pristine environment of Tasmania, Australia.
Lark Quiet Cannon Rum is the result of a long fermentation for 3 weeks and double distilled in copper pot stills (1800L wash still and 600L spirit still). Maturation occurs in Lark ex-whisky barrels coopered down to 100L casks, with this limited small batch release a marriage of 9 and 10 year old casks.
