Both are Bottle number 220

2 x 500ml | 65.5% and 67.2% ABV | Tasmania, Australia

Heartwood Dare To Be Different ex-Lark Cask Strength Tasmanian Single Malt Whisky 65.5% ABV 500ml

A single sherry cask whisky distilled at Lark distillery. Cask LD 542 - an ex-Oloroso cask - was filled with peated spirit in November 2008 and bottled in November 2016, which yielded 330 bottles. In the words of Heartwood’s Tim Duckett at the time, Dare To Be Different is "Possibly the best we have produced".

Heartwood Mediocrity Be Damned ex-Lark Cask Strength Tasmanian Single Malt Whisky 67.2% ABV 500 ml

Mediocrity Be Damned was distilled in September 2008 at Lark Distillery and this release is dedicated to Lyn Lark. It was matured in Oloroso sherry cask LD 530 and displays some peat influence. It was bottled in August 2016 at 67.2%, with the cask yielding 280 bottles.
