Peter Bignell is known locally as "His Royal Ryeness", and his distillery Belgrove is one of a very few Whisky distilleries in the world that grows all it's own grain, malts, ferments, distils and barrel ages on site. Aged in American Oak Ex-Bourbon casks, bottled at 61% ABV. Natural colour and non chill filtered.
