The cask strength version of the Signature Series contains bourbon casks, sherry casks and pinot noir casks, married together to create the prefect balance of fragrant fruits and lingering spice. A rich mouth feel with the sweet bourbon cask coming through on the front of the palate, the sherry and pinot casks fill the middle of the palate with dark fruits and then finished with big pantry spices.
