Iniquity Whisky “Silver” Batch No. 004 is an unpeated single malt whisky matured American oak port casks featuring a few sherry staves for added complexity. The 4th small batch release of Iniquity single malt whisky from South Australian distillery – Tin Shed Distilling Co. Matured in American Oak Port Casks, these Batch releases were bottled in very small quantities.

Volume – 700ml, bottled at 46% ABV is non-chill filtered, from South Australia.

Official Tasting Notes

Nose
Varnish, shoe polish, nutmeg, slight hint of soot, coffee cream biscuit, caramel, ginger, woody herbs (rosemary and thyme). Gets more cut pine and spice over time.

Palate
Big, sweet, herby and woody, nuts and spices (nutmeg, cinnamon, allspice), pine and cream.

Finish
Warm and slightly sour, typically Australian. Pine wood with a slightly tannic tail.
