Nose: Dark chocolate, caramel, burnt toffee, rum soaked raisins, cinnamon, almonds and Christmas cake
Palate: Delicate, rich dark chocolate, shaved almonds, cinnamon, stewed dark fruits, toffee, light spice and maple syrup
Finish: Long, lightly charred almonds and stewed dried fruits
