Octomore 09.2 has followed the same path as its .1 counterpart until its final year. Distilled in 2012, this muscular liquid has spent four years maturing in ex-American oak casks before being re-casked into the finest French oak. Carefully selected from the Bordeaux region, these casks coax the dry peat smoke into an expert combination with sweet fruit flavours.

OCTOMORE 09.2 διάλογος is: Malted to 156PPM. Distilled from 100% Scottish grown Concerto barley, harvested in 2011 and distilled in 2012. Matured entirely on Islay in for five years in ex-american whiskey casks (4yrs) and 2nd fill Bordeaux red wine casks (1yr). Bottled unchill-filtered and colouring free at Bruichladdich Distillery, 58.2% alc. / vol.
