Description
Highwayman Batch 5 Red & Rye from Byron Bay. Batch #5 was one of the lowest volume releases of Highwayman. This expression saw four different oak interactions, the first cask started in French oak tawny then French oak heavy char ex dry red wine, the second cask was matured in French oak super heavy char dry red wine before the two casks were married into an American oak ex rye whisky barrel. Bottled at cask strength of 56.9%. This bottle is hand numbered and signed. An extremely limited run of only 30 bottles this one is bottle number 12
