Our Philosophy

Everybody has the right to participate and feel like they belong. Women's Academy of Triathlon ensures that every person has their training needs catered for and that everyone is important. Traditionally, the retail and service providers for the Triathlon and Cycling industry have been male dominated with only a small representation of the needs for women evident in their business model.

The Women's Academy of Triathlon starts at the grass roots level and caters for all abilities from novice to those wishing to participate in ironman. Women's Academy of Triathlon focuses on providing a variety of training experiences and mentoring  programs for women who not only who want to get fit but who want to participate in a non-judgemental , friendly and female specific environment. As the business has grown the demand for more products and services specific to women have been sourced and developed making WAT the most successful women's specific business in Australia.

Established by Vicki Delves in 2001 , the Women's Academy of Triathlon is a Women's only Company providing a wide variety of training sessions that are fully coached. Attention to detail, flexible training options, organisational excellence, fun , low cost triathlon and fitness coaching for women of all ages and abilities.
